How should I treat the leather?

Bucks Club belts are made from top quality vegetable tanned Italian leather. No need to worry about quality. The leather will only get more beautiful with time, like a fine wine. 


How long does it take to receive my order?

If not specified, we ship the next day after receiving your order. The normal shipping time is 4-7 business days. If there are any problems with your shipping, feel free to contact our customer support at info@bucksclub.com


My Bucks Club product broke. What should I do?

No worries, we've got you covered. We guarantee the quality of all our Bucks Club products. Just send the belt back and we will fix it up and send it right back to you free of charge. 


What is the return & exchange policy on the custom monogrammed items?

We cannot process any return or exchange on monogrammed items, unless it is for a manufacturer flaw or defect. This product was uniquely made for you.


Does Bucks Club ship internationally?

Yes, but the shipping time can vary.
