Bucks Club offers free ground shipping (1-5 business days delivery Fedex, UPS) in the US. International orders will be charged shipping accordingly.
20-days hassle-free return policy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 20 days, please let us know so we can take care of you. You may return most new, unopened items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value. We can also offer store credit if you prefer. We will pay the return shipping costs. If you received an incorrect item we will exchange it.
Please note that the returned items need to be in the original packaging as it was shipped out to you in order to receive a refund. Please note that we will not accept returns used products.

Any full-price item can be exchanged or returned for full credit if the item is returned to our facility within 20 days of the placement of the order. All items purchased with promo codes and coupons discount codes are final sale and nonrefundable; items cannot be returned for refunds nor exchanges. If you need to return an item, we will provide a return label for you via email. The refund process will start when your returned item is received at our facility. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If Fedex services your area, we should be able to add it to our website.
Taxes and duty fees are standard for all shipments entering Canada. It breaks down to Canada's federal and provincial sales tax and is assessed by province on the actual cost of the goods in the shipment. For example, in Ontario the customer will pay around 13% of the value. This amount goes directly to the Canadian gov't. This fee is charged to the customer once the package arrives in Canada, it is not included in the cost on our website.
